Exercise builds a healthy brain, it increases the level of brain chemicals which aid new brain cell formation, and it actually restructures your brain and makes you do something actively. It helps your brain respond better to stress. Regular exercise offers other health benefits like lowering blood pressure, protect against heart diseases and boosting self-esteem.
Eat healthy
Watching what to eat is a good idea, people with depression tends to have a lower blood level of omega-3 essential fatty acids which is important for brain function. Foods with omega-3 fatty acids like tuna, salmon, and folic acid might relieve you from depression. Reduce sugar, fast food, and process food intake.
